bismillah..

ramai y bertanyakan malah menyatakan aku ni "sikit2 facebook, sikit2 facebook".. ya, aku bersetuju dengan mereka. asal online je, macam satu kewajipan untuk buka facebook. tapi, bila diselak2 mukabuku aku. banyak mengenai Palestin dan Syria..

tapi have to admit kadang2 tu jadi tempat luah dan tempat share jugak bila rasa pengalaman diri tu patut dikongsi. atau if ada lagu dan nasyeed y best utk dikongsi.. atau untuk keep in touch with family members and friends. ^_^

aku merasakan tak sempurna kehidupan ni bila hidup nafsi2 (sendiri-sendiri) dan tak peduli apa y berlaku di luar sana. yelah, baca paper pon tidak. if not, my cycle hanya berkisar mengenai hospital, buku dan bilik. boleh jadi insane kalau berterusan macam tu. alhamdulillah, bulatan gembira dan seangkatan dgnnya mewarnai kehidupan. dan truely, facebook ni dh jadi macam newspaper bagi aku. pasal harimau malaya, lee chong wei, isu2 semasa Malaysia dan luar negara. everything akan ada je insan2 y post di newsfeed. :)

berbalik dgn post2 aku y dimonopoli dengan isu Palestin dan Syria. aku akan terbayang hadis ini,

"tidak sempurna iman seseorang itu selagi dia tidak mengasihi saudaranya sebagaimana ia mengasihi dirinya sendiri.” (Riwayat Bukhari dan Muslim)

umpama kisah burung kecil dan peristiwa nabi Allah Ibrahim dibakar, Allah tak tanya outcome tapi Allah tanya apa sumbangan kita, apa usaha kita. kala saudara-saudara kita disana memperjuangkan Iman dan Islam, it would be a great shame if i'm just sitting here without doing anything. Allah. malunya. sedangkan tanggungjawab untuk mempertahankan rumah Allah, agama Islam itu adalah urusan kita semua, tapi kita p serah bulat2 kat mereka. tak malukah kitaaa? tak sayangkah kita dgn saudara kita? T-T 

that's why, tanggungjawab kita adalah menyumbang dan memberi sokongan kepada mereka. ok nk p mati syahid kat sana pasti ada halangannya. lalu mana lagi laluan untuk kita menyumbang? 

1. BOIKOT bagi lumpuh ekonomi musuh kita. 
2. DOA senjata terbesar, terhebat kita. 
3. INFAQ kalau tak boleh diri, harta kita. 
4. AMBIL PEDULI DAN SEBARKAN info2 terkini apa y berlaku di sana. bila makin ramai tahu, sedar dan prihatin. makin kuat kekuatan kita utk 3 y diatas tu. insyaAllah. 

biar berderet A, bergelar usahawan, engineer, cikgu, doktor, petani, cleaner, suri rumah, akauntan y berjaya tapi andai hidup nafsi2, "asal aku happy sudah".. Allah. malu bila nk mengadap Allah dan Allah tanya apa sumbangan kita pada Islam saat jatuh bangunnya. adakah bersama atau sekadar pemerhati dari tepi. Allah. 

"sesungguhnya Allah telah membeli dari orang-orang mu'min, diri dan harta mereka dengan memberikan syurga kepada mereka" At TAubah: 111

orang2 mu'min y membelanjakan diri dan harta kepada Islam, Allah dah janjikan syurga untuk mereka. andai kita ni y tak belanjakan anything untuk Islam, macam mana? Allah. T-T

*** jihad terbesar adalah jihad melawan hawa nafsu kita. Allah. malunya aku dgn mereka. sedang mereka berjihad mempertahankan Iman dan Islam (which mean hawa nafsu tu awal2 lagi mereka dah tawan), kita disini baru terkedek2, nafsu sndiri pon masih tak berjaya tewaskan. T-T

GMJ- "Human Rights and Palestine: Why We Care and Why We are Important"

Good evening Mr and Mrs Chairperson, distinguished guests, ladies, and gentlemen. I am honored to be given an opportunity to speak here tonight and I would like to thank the organizers for the opportunity and for having this wonderful and meaningful event.

Imagine that you are now at your home; with all your family members, happily living together under one roof. Then one day, a group of people comes to your house, armed with guns and MK-16 rifles, points at you and orders you and your family members to leave your house at once. With nowhere to go, with no permanent shelter, little money and food, some of your family members starve, some of your family members get robbed and terrorized by outlaws, and some of your family members get killed because he or she wants to protect you, the children, the young people, leaders of tomorrow.

This is not just an imaginary situation. Thousands of families have been broken up in Palestine. Families destroyed, broken dreams, kids wandering about without the love of their parents and their lives consigned to seeking protection, constantly running away from their prosecutors. Ladies and gentlemen, tonight I would like to address two questions that people have been asking us: why we care and why we are important.

I have been trying to ask many of my friends, what their thoughts and opinions on the Palestine issue are. What surprised me is that some of them feel that this is completely a religious issue; sparked by religious conflict; a tension between two religions.

I am a Buddhist, and I am a human being and I feel that they couldn’t be more off the mark in this issue. This is a human rights issue. When someone pointed gun at you and ordered you to flee, forcing you to become refugees and seizing your property, isn’t that a human rights issue?

We the people, are born with certain inalienable rights; the rights to life, liberty and property. And no one, no government in this world, no regime can take these natural rights away from us. So when the rights of the people of Palestine have been reduced to next to nothing by their oppressors, there is absolutely no reason not to see this as a violation of the United Nations’ Human Rights agreement.

We the people, share collective interests as human beings. When one part of the world is weakened, it affects us all. We are our brothers’ keepers and we look out for each other. This is what sharing the world means. Of course it is a much easier choice if you just sit at home and be an armchair critic. But if we are serious in following the advice of Mahatma Gandhi, that is to be the change that we want to see in this world, we cannot ignore conflict. We cannot ignore the source of conflict in Palestine.

We need to face and confront this issue together. It is only when citizens of the world unite and show that we indeed care about this issue that we start to see people in power taking action. So get your friends, Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, Hindus, Atheists, Jews, people of all races and religions in different parts of the world and bring their attention to this human rights issue. Get them together to demand justice, action and freedom for the people of Palestine!

This leads to my next point: why are you important to the Palestinians. Do you know why people commit suicide? It is that dreadful feeling of being all alone on your own. That there is no brighter tomorrow. And nobody cares.

But we are here tonight to show the people of Palestine that they are not alone. We are here tonight to show the people of Palestine that we care! We are here tonight to show them that there are millions of people around the world that support them! Do not give up! That is our message to them!

You serve a purpose by being here; you give them assurance, you give them hope, and you give them the courage to carry on.

In conclusion, this is a human rights issue that deserves our attention and we the citizens of the world play a very important role in giving hope and courage to the people of Palestine. This is not a one night fight. This fight will not end when you go to sleep tonight. You must be committed and have the stamina to continue to support this cause for as long as you can.

Just remember that this is not an impossible dream. The blacks were once widely discriminated, but people like Martin Luther King and Nelson Mandela keep fighting. And when the world recognized their fight, freedom reigns in their lands.

So let freedom reigns in the land of Palestine. Let freedom reigns in Gaza. Let freedom reigns in the holy city of Jerusalem. And one day when we let freedom reigns, the world shall see Muslim children, Christian children, Jewish children and people of all parts of the world joining hands together and we can finally say to the the people of Palestine, “free at last! Free at last! Thank God al-mighty we are free at last!”

**for a very long time i've been thinking on how to express my point of view on this matter. my OWN personal view! not by using other people's word to expressing it for me... huhu...

pilihan di tangan masing2, duit pon duit masing2...

tapi kt akhirat sana nnt Dia tak tanya duit kau byk mana, duit kau letak kt mana...
tapi Dia akan tanya:
dari mana kau dapat duit tu.. sumber y halal atau tidak?
dan y paling penting.. bagaimana dan KE MANA kau belanjakan duit itu..

duit banyak2 tu bukan utk kau sorg...

sbb tu ada tuntukan sadaqah dan zakat...
zakat dan sadaqah ni menyucikan jiwa, mengingatkan kita kembali yang rezeki Allah bagi bukan utk kita sorg tapi utk di share dgn org lain...

nak makan hebat,belanja hebat tak salah tapi tgk mna keperluan, mana kemahuan...
kalau kepentingan diri diutamakan dan kepentingan ummah diletak tepi, mana letak kesucian, mana amanah dan tanggungjawab y perlu kita tunaikan sebagai saudara seMuslim??

mereka di sana berjuang bermati-matian mempertahankan iman, islam, tanah air tercinta, bumi y diberkahi...



kita di sini? tak menolong tu satu hal... worse than that, takkan kita pulak jadi penolong kepada musuh2 durjana tu melawan saudara seMuslim kita?

(ayat cliche') seringgit kita spend ibarat sebutir peluru y hinggap di tubuh2 saudara kita..

ini ayat fakta!!!!!!

dari mana datang sumber kewangan mereka? kalau tidak dari perniagaan mereka! dan dari mana datangnya wang keuntungan itu?? kalau bukan dari kita y membeli barangan mereka???????? fikir sedalam2nya dan renungkan kembali...

di akhirat sana nnt Allah tak tengok hasilnya.. tapi Allah akan bertanya apa USAHA kita dalam membendung, mengawal, mencegah, melawan sesuatu keburukan itu... wallahualam...

isu palestine ni kadang2 bermusim... bila ada something BIG happen( or should i say bila mass media dok menggila hebohkan).. ha time tu org br pakat2 nk boikot.. tapi the real thing that happen behind it is that... saban hari, saban jam, ada saje rakyat palestine y dibunuh dgn kejam, wanita dirogol dan dicabul, anak2 kehilangan ayah dan ibu, hilang tempat tinggal, hak asasi dicabul dan mcm2 lagi BAD things happen.. tapi kita tak perasan ( or mungkin, kita tak ambil peduli pon) coz kita disibukkan dgn THOUSAND things.. hiburan sna sni, y belajar sibuk dgn buku dan exams, y bkerja sibuk dgn paperwork dan dateline bagai...

sedangkan banyak saluran kita boleh pilih nk sumbangkan.. boikot tu satu. then there's few ways utk kita bantu mereka, cth terdekat dgn aku.. try click sini mcm2 cara ada utk kita bantu..





so berbalik pada isu boikot yang aku rasa cara paling senang bagi kita y budget 'BUSY' ni nk menolong... meh kita recall... mana tau mungkin terlupa atau kurang ingat apa things y kita MUST boikot.. let me refresh it insyaAllah... mana tau kot2 mcm unsure ke kan...

1. MCDONALD... ni la konco terbesar y dok menyumbang kat depa sang keparat durjana tu..

Allah tau.. maka sebolehnya JOM! tuka... vico pon sdp.. caffeine ni kurang2 la.. tak baik utk kesihatan kan? ;)

conclusionnya... jom fikir jap.. nk pentingkan permasalahan diri sendiri jer (y mmg bermasalah ni <<<< ayat ni referring to myself ye) or nk menunaikan tanggungjawab as a Muslim brother/sister to our saudara seIslam? ingat!! Allah tak tengok hasilnya.. tapi Allah melihat pada USAHA y kita buat... ;)

so jom... renung2 dan fikir2kan.... dan mari amalkan.. insyaAllah.... ^_^
